摘要
目的 :探讨 CD1 5 和组织蛋白酶 D(Cath- D)表达与子宫内膜腺癌侵袭和转移的关系。方法 :用 SP免疫组化法对 40例原发性子宫内膜腺癌组织进行了 CD1 5 和 Cath- D检测。结果 :CD1 5 和 Cath- D在子宫内膜腺癌中阳性率分别为 72 .5 %和 6 7.5 %。子宫内膜腺癌的分级、分期与 CD1 5 表达有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ,与 Cath- D表达无关 (P>0 .0 5 )。CD1 5 和 Cath- D表达与肿瘤转移有关 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;CD1 5 表达与 Cath- D表达呈正相关。结论 :CD1 5 和 Cath- D表达对判断子宫内膜腺癌的恶性程度、预测肿瘤侵袭转移和评估预后是一种良好指标。
Objective:To investigate the relationship between the expression of CD 15 antigen and Cath-D carcinogenesis,progression and metastasis of endometral carcinoma.Methods:The expression of CD 15 and Cath-D in 40 cases of endometral adenocarcinoma was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique.Results:The positive rates of CD 15 and Cath-D were 72.5% and 67.5% respectively.CD 15 was correlated with the histologic grading and clinical staging of endometral adenocarcinoma (P<0.05).CD 15 and Cath-D were all correlated with metastases (P<0.05).The expression of CD 15 was positively correlated with the expression of Cath-D.Conclusion:These fidings demonstrates that the positive expression of CD 15 and Cath-D in endometral adenocarcinoma were useful marker to evaluate the degree of malignancy and biological behavior for tumors,and the prognosis of patients.
