摘要
目的 :探讨治疗颧眶部联合骨折的较完善的方法。 方法 :采用三维结构复位微型钛板坚固内固定术治疗此类患者 19例。 结果 :术后伤口均 期愈合 ,面部形态对称 ,无功能障碍。 结论 :颧眶部联合骨折的治疗以颧蝶缝。
Objective:To discuss a better method to treat orbitozygomatic complex symphysis fractures. Methods:19 Cases were treated with the technique of three dimensional space rehabilitation and osteosyntesis system. Results:The incisions were coalesce first stage postoperative,facial contour were symmetry and no function disorder were found. Conclusion:Rehabilitation of zygomaticosphensis suture and infraorbital edge were very important in treatment of orbiozygomatic comptex fractures. [
