摘要
目的 :探讨适合于口腔临床应用的氧化锆陶瓷全瓷美容修复材料复合粉的组成、热处理及复合条件。 方法 :采用不同粒度、纯度的原料 ,根据不同的配方 ,采用沉淀包裹法、共沉淀法和混合法等制备出了氧化陶瓷口腔修复材料用复合粉体 ,对不同方法制备的复合粉体性能进行了综合比较。 结果 :采用沉淀包裹法可以制得 t- Zr O2 分布均匀 ( 0 .5μm )、含量较高的复合体。 结论
Objective:To investigate the composition and synthesizing procedure of dental zirconia toughened alumina all ceramics composite powder. Methods:Composite powder was prepared from raw materials of different size and purity,according to different formula and synthesizing methods including co precipitation method,precipitate wrapping method and mix method.Function of composite powder made with different preparing methods is compared synthetically. Results:Composite powder having a large proprtion t ZrO 2 having a size of 0.5μm was made with precipitate wrapping method. Conclusion: In general,the precipitate wrapping method was better than the other two methods. [
