IL-2/LAK细胞疗法的临床应用和进展 被引量:3

摘要 IL-2/LAK细胞疗法是Rosenberg于1984年首创的一种治疗恶性肿瘤的方法。对化疗、放疗等常规疗法疗效不佳的肿瘤患者用该方法可产生30~50%的有效率,少数病例瘤体甚至完全消失。典型的治疗方案包括以下几步:①给予患者3~5天IL-2,即初始化;②自身外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)分离约3~4次;③PBMC用IL-2刺激孵育3~5天;④回输;⑤3~7天的IL-2输注。每个患者可给予1至数个疗程。这一方法的显著特点是大量IL-2的使用,单量即达3×10~6U/m^2/天,静脉给入。尽管疗效明显,但也导致严重的副作用。目前在实际应用的基础上,已对此予以多方面的改进,使之更加安全,有效。现将这方面的进展综述如下:
