摘要
应用单克隆抗体技术活细胞间接免疫荧光法及乳酸脱氢酶释放法分别检测了３０例脐血和３０例成人外周血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群、ＬＡＫ细胞表型及杀伤活性，结果表明：脐血ＣＤ３、ＣＤ２及ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ的表达均明显低于成人外周血，而ＣＤ４、ＣＤ８、ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ２５及ＣＤ５６的表达与成人外周血相似。经ＩＬ－２诱导后，脐血ＬＡＫ细胞表型较诱导前ＣＤ８、ＣＤ１６、ＣＤ２５及ＨＬＡ－ＤＲ表达均明显增加，脐血ＬＡＫ细胞杀伤活性较成人外周血ＬＡＫ细胞低。
The lymphocyte subsets,the LAK cell phenotypes and its cytotoxic ability of cord blood were determined by monoclone antibody,indirect immune fluorescent technique and LDH release methods. The results show that the expression of CD 3,CD 2 and HLA DR on cord blood was lower than adult peripheral blood ,but the expression of CD 4,CD 8,CD 4/CD 8,CD 16 ,CD 25 and CD 56 on cord blood was similar to adult peripheral blood. After induced by interleukin 2,the expression of CD 8,CD 16 ,CD 25 and HLA DR on the LAK cell of cord blood was significantly increased ,but its cytotoxic ability was lower than that of adult peripheral blood
