摘要
为了探讨妊娠高血压综合征患者的相关社会心理因素，我们采用艾森克人格问卷（EPQ）、社会支持量表（SSRS）、SCL－90．对40例妊高征和80例正常妊娠者进行测查。结果显示，技高征组EPQN分显著高于正常对照组，发现躯体化、强迫、焦虑等因子分显著高于对照组．提示妊高征患者存在心理卫生问题需要引起关注。
Objective The purpose of study was to explore relationship between psychoso cial factors and hypertensive syndrome induced by pregnancy. Methods 40 patients with hyper tensive syndrome induced by pregnancy and 80 normal pregnant women were studied with Eysenck Personality Questionnaire (EPQ) ,Social Support Ratig Scale (SSRS), Symptorn Check list 90 (SCL- 90). Rcsults N value of EPQ and values of somatization. obsession, anxiety of SCL- 90 in hypertensive subjects were significantly higher than those ones in normal subjects,Conclusion There are many mental problems in patients with hypertensive syndrome induced by pregnancy. It is worth notice by clinicians.
