摘要
对侧柏叶药材质量控制方法进行了研究，增加了异海松酸的薄层鉴别和总黄酮的含量测定。检测了全国７个主产区的侧柏叶质量，为建立药材质量标准提供科学依据。
To control the quality of Biota orientalis, we adopted two detecting methods,i.e. thin-layer chromatography of isopimaric acid and determination of total thuyl. Biota orientalis from seven growing areas of China was detected to provide a scientific basis for setting up a quality standard of this herb.
