摘要
目的 :评估乳癌根治术后患者的婚姻质量 ,为有针对性地对乳腺癌患者进行心理社会评估提供参考 ,以利为患者及其家属提供有效的整体护理和进行心理社会干预。方法 :应用Olson婚姻质量问卷 (ENRICH) ,对 80例手术后 1个月以上 ,年龄在 6 0岁以下的乳腺癌女性病人进行调查。结果 :乳腺癌患者的婚姻质量在婚姻满意度、夫妻交流、性生活 3个方面得分明显低于常模 (P <0 .0 1)。患者对患乳腺癌对婚姻影响的自我评价 ,患病后适应状况 ,年龄 ,教育程度对婚姻质量有影响。结论 :乳腺癌患者的婚姻质量低于一般人群 ,在护理乳腺癌患者时有必要开展有针对性的心理社会干预 。
Objective:To assess the quality of marital life in women who had undergone a mastectomy and to provide a theoretical base for psychosocial intervention for both patients and their spouses. Methods: 80 women aged under 60 years were included in the study one month after mastectomy. Olson's ENRICH questionnaire was used to assess the quality of marital life. Results:the study showed that women who had mastectomy had a lower quality of marital life than normal women ( P <0.01).The evidences showed in the areas of: satisfaction of marital life, sexuality, communication between patients and their spouses. Contributing factors included: woman's perception of the impacts of mastectomy, adaptation to surgery, age and education level. Conclusion: Patients marital life could be influenced after mastectomy. Psychosocial intervention for both patients and their spouses needs to be implemented in order to maximize the potential for recovery.
