新一代抗肿瘤药物Marimastat 被引量：2

摘要 :m arim astat是一类作用于基质金属蛋白酶 (MMP)的全新的抗肿瘤药。研究发现基质金属蛋白酶能作用于细胞外基质 ,其过高的活性能破坏后者的正常生理作用 ,促进肿瘤的生长、浸润与转移。临床前和临床试验都发现作为基质金属蛋白酶抑制剂的 m arimastat能有效地抑制其活性 ,从而抑制肿瘤的生长、浸润与转移。同时该药还具有毒副作用小、病人耐受好等特点 。
