摘要
目的 观察正常人精子碱性核蛋白的组成及含量。 方法 8名正常人精子经解聚后 ,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳方法 ,于 1、4、8、12、2 4、36、44周检测精子碱性核蛋白。 结果 正常人总组蛋白 /总精核蛋白值为 0 .17± 0 .0 7,P1型 /P2型精核蛋白值为 1.0 5± 0 .2 1。 结论 正常男性精子碱性核蛋白指标可供临床评价精子受孕能力。
Objective To study the component and content of sperm nuclear basic proteins. Methods Relative proportions of various protamine fractions in the spermatozoa obtained from 8 normal fertile men were determined by scanning microdensitometry following electrophoresis of the total protamine in polyacrilamide continuously in the 1st,4th,8th,12th,16th,24th,36th and 44th week. Results The ratio of total histones/total protamines in spermatozoa of normal fertile men is 0.17±0.07,the ratio of protaine P1/protamine P2 is 1.05±0.21. Conclusions Protamines in spermatozoa can act as a parameter for evaluating its fertility.
