摘要
选用频率2450MHz分别在1,3,5,7mW/cm2的功率密度下使用新型宽带横电磁传输室辐照人外周淋巴细胞和红细胞以及Hela细胞。采用细胞遗传学实验技术,测定外周血淋巴细胞的微核发生率、染色体畸变率、SCE值及有丝分裂指数;通过聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳技术分析辐照后细胞膜骨架蛋白的变化;运用软琼脂细胞克隆形成法测定微波辐射对Hela细胞克隆形成能力的影响。结果表明在5mW/cm2和7mW/cm2的功率密度下能使淋巴细胞微核发生率、染色体畸变率、SCE值显著升高,使人红细胞膜骨架蛋白发生部份解离,对Hela细胞克隆形成能力有明显的抑制作用。在7mW/cm2功率密度下,辐射使人淋巴细胞有丝分裂指数显著降低,染色体发生明显的解螺旋现象。最后对细胞的非热效应进行了初步的探讨。
Human peripheral red blood cell,lymphocytes and Hela cell were exposed at2450MHz in the BTEM CELL,Power densities of mierowave are at four doselevels(1,3,5,7 mW/cm2)for 4 hours.We have studied the cytogenetic effects in-duced by the microwave,includingthe changes of micronuclei ,chromosome aber-rations, SCE and mitotic index. The changes of membrane-associated cytoskele-ton proteins induced by microwave radiation are analysed using the technique ofpolyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Hela cell colony formation ability was mea-sured. Some important results such as frequences of chromosome aberrationsand SCE in human lymphocytes were increased by microwave radiaton at densi-ties of 5mM/cm2 and 7mW/cm2. Mitotic index was significantly decreased andcoiling type chromosome of human lymphocytes was observed at power densityof 7mW/cm2.Microwave radiation of 5mW/cm2 could partly lose metnbrane-as-sociated cytoskeleton proteins in human red blood cell and constrain the colonyformation ability in Hela cell.The conclutions show that microwave radiation atless than 10mW/cm2 to human cell could produce evident athermal effect. Final-ly, the mechanism of this effect had been discussed based on the recent refer-ences.
