补锌对微波辐照大鼠脑组织氧化损伤的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨锌对微波辐照大鼠脑组织氧化损伤的影响. 方法: 40只成年雄性SD大鼠,随机分成 4组,对照组(1)、辐照组(2)、补锌组(3)和补锌+辐照组(4),每组 10只.补锌组饮用含锌(0. 222g/L)水 3wk,其他组饮用去离子水.第 15日以功率为 30mW/cm2 的微波开始辐照, 1h/d,持续 1wk. 结果:辐照组脑组织中丙二醛(MDA)含量增加,但无统计学意义,补锌组、补锌 +辐照组MDA含量与对照组比显著增加(P<0. 05). 脑组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性各组间没有显著性变化(P>0. 05). 过氧化氢酶 (CAT)活性补锌 +辐照组与对照组比显著下降 (P<0. 05). 单胺氧化酶 (MAO)活性辐照组、补锌组、补锌+辐照组与对照组比有显著性增加(P<0. 05). 结论:微波辐照引起大鼠脑脂质过氧化反应,补锌不仅不能抑制氧化应激,反而有加重大鼠脑脂质过氧化损伤作用. AIM: To study the effects of zinc on the oxidative damage in the brain of microwave- irradiated rats. METHODS: Forty SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups: Group 1 (control group), group 2 (irradiation and deionized water), group 3 (Zinc) and group 4 (irradiation and high-zinc water, 0.222 g/L. Fifteen days later, rats in groups 2 and 4 were exposed to microwave (30 mW/cm 2 1 h per day) for 7 days. All the rats were sacrificed and the content of MDA and activities of SOD, CAT and MAO in the brain were detected. RESULTS: The MDA level in the brain of the rats in groups 3 and 4 was significantly higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). No significant difference in the SOD activity in the brain of the rats was observed between 4 groups (P<0.05). The CAT activity decreased significantly in the brain of group 4 compared with that in the control group (P<0.05). The MAO activity markedly increased in groups 2, 3 and 4 in comparison with that in the control group (P<0.05). CONCLUSION: Microwave exposure significantly induces lipid peroxidation in the brain of rats. Complementary zinc in rats exerts no inhibition on the oxidative stress, and aggravates the oxidative injury in the brain of rats exposed to microwave.
