摘要
本文针对提高铸钢件冒口补缩效率问题，给出了微珠保温冒口的配方及生产工艺；并介绍了其在生产中的具体应用。保温冒口的使用，改善了铸件质量，并大幅度提高了企业经济效益。
This article is written to explain how to improve the efficiency of riser feeding for cast steel items. It also describes the production formula and technics of micro - particle insulating riser and its practical application in production. The quality of cast steel items is carried to a higher lervel by the use of insulating riser and the commercial profits are made by a large margin.
