齿轮参数对斜齿轮传动振动特性的影响 被引量:15

Influence of Gear Parameters on the Vibration Characteristics of Helical Gears

摘要 本文研究了齿轮副在α_n=20°,h_α=1.0,c=0.25情形下齿数、模数、齿宽、螺旋角、变位系数等参数对斜齿轮副载荷分布、齿间载荷分配、刚度及计算振幅的影响。通过计算表明,ISO标准能较好地反映直齿轮副的单对齿刚度和啮合刚度,而对斜齿轮副的刚度计算存在一定的偏差。计算结果还表明,螺旋角和齿宽对斜齿轮副的刚度值影响不大,而对其计算振幅影响很大;变位系数对斜齿轮副刚度及计算振幅都将产生很大影响。文中也对其他齿轮参数的影响作了对比分析。 Umezawa studied vibration of power transmission helical gears [1] [2].Liu et al analyzed the effects of sizes of gear structure and different webarrangements on the vibration characteristics. of helical gears [5]. However,the authors have not found any paper that systematically deals with theinfluence of gear parameters on the vibration of helical gears. Making use of the tooth flank coordinate systems and the matrices ofcoordinate transformations presented in Ref.[5], the influence of gear parameterson the load distributions, load sharing ratio, tooth stiffness and calculatedamplitude of helical gears are studied by using 3-D FEM in this paper.Numerical calculations are done for normal pressure angle a_n = 20°, addendumfactor h_a~*= 1, bottom clearance factor c~*= 0.25. The results are compared withthose obtained by ISO/TC60 [7] and show that the ISO/TC60 gives appreciableerrors in the case of helical gears. This paper presents the following threefindings on influence of gear parameters on the vibration of helical gears: (1) With increasing helix angle and increasing facewidth of helical gears,its tooth stiffness increases somewhat, but the calculated amplitude is verymuch reduced. (2) When the normal modulus is less than 2.5mm, the calculated amplitudeof helical gears decreases rapidly with decreasing modulus. (3) With the increase of either the positive modified factor of thedriving gear or the absolute value of the negative modified factor of thedriven gear, the calculated amplitude decreases. The numerical computations of this paper were all completed on a micro-computer.
