摘要
研究了热处理温度对有机添加剂硬铬镀层性能的影响。经过 2 0 0~ 30 0℃、1h热处理后的镀层 ,其硬度有了明显的提高 ,同时耐磨性也得到改善 ,但硬度和耐磨性的最优点对应着不同的热处理温度。对镀层的XPS分析表明 ,这是由于镀层中的有机碳化物 ,经热处理后析出所致。镀层的EDAX分析表明 ,热处理使镀层表面氧含量增高 ,但对镀层微裂纹数量和宽度没有明显影响。由XRD实验结果可知 。
It was found that hardness and wear resistance of coating were improved significantly after 1 hour heat treatment (200~300℃). And their optimum heat treatment temperatures were different. This was because organic carbonide in coating was reduced after treatment. Results of EDAX showed that heat treatment could increase content of O in coating surface, but has little effect on number and width of microcracks. It was revealed from results of XRD that the crystal structure of coating had not changed after heat treatment.
