摘要
在高铝浇注料中分别添加质量分数为5%的蓝晶石、硅线石、硅石和质量分数分别为1%、3%和5%的Si粉,主要研究其对高铝浇注料蠕变率(1350℃保温50h)的影响,并对蠕变后试样进行了SEM和EDAX分析。结果表明:添加蓝晶石、硅线石、硅石对改善高铝浇注料抗蠕变性的效果均不明显;但添加质量分数为3%的Si粉后,由于Si发生氧化、氮化及莫来石化反应,可显著提高高铝浇注料的抗蠕变性能。
Kyanite(5 wt% ) ,sillimanite(5 wt% ) ,silica(5 wt% ) and silicon powder( 1 wt% ,3 wt% ,5 wt% ) were added to high alumina castables, respectively,to study their effects on creep resistance of high alumina castables (13.50 ℃ for 50 h). Microstructure of specimens after creep resistance test was analyFed by SEM and EDAX. The results indicate that kyanite, sillimanite, and silica have no obvious effects on the creep resistance of high alumina castables;but the creep resistance is remarkably improved by the oxidation, nitridation and mullitization of 3 wt% Si powder added.
