摘要
本文选用聚偏氟乙烯作为膜材料 ,二甲基甲酰胺为溶剂 ,聚乙二醇为添加剂 ,采用湿法纺丝成膜 ,对影响膜性能的诸因素进行了讨论 ,用所制的中空纤维膜组件对 TNT废水进行了膜萃取实验。用回归正交实验设计确定的最佳配方为 :聚偏氟乙烯浓度 2 2 .1 4% ,聚乙二醇浓度 6.2 6% ,二甲基甲酰胺 71 .60 % ,纺丝温度 54.84℃。该最优组合膜的萃取速率为 1 .898mg/m2·
By adopted Wet-Spinning method to prepare membrane, PVDF as membrane material, Dimethylformamide as solvent, and polyethlene glycol as addifive, the effect of various factors on membrane property wes discussed and the hollow fiber models were used for membrane extraction in this paper. The best formula for membrane extroction decided by regression-orthogonality experiment is as follows: PVDF 22.14%, PEG 6.26%, DMF 71.60%, and the temperature with casting solution 54.84℃。The membrane extraction rate of the best formula reached 1.898 mg/m 2·s.
