摘要
固定膜界面萃取过程中溶剂与料液在微孔膜界面上进行接触。溶质经过微孔膜由料液相进入萃取相。膜萃取过程中不存在通常的“液泛”和“返混”问题。以30%(V)P204(煤油)-ZnSO4-水为体系研究了这一技术、结果表明,由于中空纤维膜器很大的比表面积,这类膜器的萃取效率很高。在槽式膜萃取器中进行了同级萃取反萃实验,这一过程的传质速率比通常的萃取过程明显增大。
Solvent extraction with immobilized interfaces in the membrane is a new separation technique. The solvent is in contact with the feed solution at the porous membrane. Solute diffuses out of the feed solution, through the porous wall and into the extractant. In the process of extraction based on the membrane there is no 'flooding' or 'back mixing'. In the paper this technique is investigated. The system chosen is 30 % DZEHPA (in kerosene)ZnSO4-water. The results show that efficiency of extraction in hollow fibers modules is high because of the large surface area per volume in them. Experiment with simultaneous extraction and stripping in membrane extractor is carried out. Mass transfer rate of process with simultaneous extraction and stripping is higher than that of common extraction process.
