概述环境影响评价中评审过程的含义、作用、原则、方式与步骤 ,介绍评审环境影响报告书质量的方法 ,并对中国的情况进行考察 ,指出现存的主要问题 。
This paper summaries the implication,roles,principles,methods and steps of reviewing process in Environmental Impact Assessment and introduces how to review the quality of Environmental Impact Statement.It then identifies the main existing problems during the process in China and presents the suggestions to improve the situation.
