摘要
实验比较生首乌、黑豆汁拌蒸32h制首乌(A)、压力法黑豆汁拌蒸制首乌(B)中1.8—二羟基蒽醌和二苯乙烯甙以及50%乙醇热浸出物的含量,并为制订制首乌的质量标准做了探索。
The experimental comparison of some component content in the crude and two kinds of processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori was carried out: 1,8-bihydroxyanthraquinone, bistyrene glucoside and hot-extract with 50% alcohol. Two processed materials were prepared in different methods: (A) stirring with juice of black bean,then steaming for 32 hours,and (B) through the foregoing process under the pressure. The author also probed into the drawing-up of quality standards for the processed Radix Polygoni Multiflori.
