肾小球电荷屏障的实质 被引量:2

摘要 肾小球存在电荷屏障已为公认。近几年来的研究发现,肾小球上至少存在两种主要的阴电荷物质:涎糖蛋白和硫酸类肝素蛋白多糖(HSPG)。涎糖蛋白主要存在于肾小球上皮细胞和内皮细胞被膜表面,HSPG存在于肾小球基膜(GBM)的内、外疏松层上。那么这两种成份中哪一种在肾小球电荷屏障中起了主导作用呢?本文就近几年来国外有关这方面的研究作一简要介绍。 -、肾小球电荷屏障的实质 Sawada等用免疫金技术研究了肾小球涎糖蛋白的分布。结果表明,这种糖蛋白主要存在于肾小球上皮细胞足突尿腔面的被膜上和内皮细胞的血管腔面。在足突的基膜面的被膜、内皮细胞基膜面的被膜以及裂隙膜上均未见涎糖蛋白的分布。可见涎糖蛋白的分布与GBM无关。
