腹膜透析对尿毒症大鼠腹膜电荷屏障变化的影响 被引量:1

摘要 腹膜透析是尿毒症的一种肾脏替代治疗方式。透析过程中蛋白质丢失是造成蛋白质营养不良的一个重要原因.文献报道每天自透析液中丢失的蛋白质多达10.5g左右,其中白蛋白占49%。一般认为通透性增加是蛋白质丢失的主要原因。目前发现腹膜也具有分子屏障以及电荷屏障,但尿毒症以及腹膜透析是否会影响电荷屏障以及蛋白质的漏出,目前均未明确,本研究对此进行了探讨。
