摘要
测定了试剂4-甲基偶氮胂-TB的离解常数,并以它为显色剂,建立了人发中钙的分析方法。4-甲基偶氮胂-TB在NH _4Cl/NH_2体系中与钙有灵敏的显色反应,其摩尔吸光系数e=2.18×10~4L.mol^(-1)·cm^(-1),配合物最大吸收峰为613nm,组成为Ca:R=1:2,钙离子含量在0～27μg/25mL符合比尔定律。本方法测定发样中的钙。
This paper determined the dissociation constant of 4-MASA-TB and studied the colour reaction for Calcium with it. In NH_4Cl/NH_3·H_2O medium, this reaction is sensitive, the Complex with maxmium absorption at 613nm, the composition of the complex is M: R=1: 2, the molar abserptivity is 2.18×10~4L·mol^(-1)·cm^(-1), Beer's law is obeyed in the range of 0～27μg/25mL 1. The amount of calcium in hair was determined.
