作为市场经济条件下公共财政的重要组成部分 ,政府采购制度在完善市场经济体制 ,强化财政职能及与世界经济接轨上发挥着重要的作用。本文通过对政府采购制度优越性的分析 。
As an important part of the public finance in market economy,government procurement system plays an important role in perfecting market mechanism,strenghening financial function and joining in the great circulation of world economy.By analysing the advantage of government procurement system,we know that it's urgent and necessary for our country to establish standard government procurement system according to the international customary.
