摘要
用美国ＶｉｒｔｕａｌＭｏｄｅｌ３２０型听力计对正常青年人３０名６０耳，无耳病的中老年人４０名８０耳，进行高频测听。正常青年组均可测得９～２０ｋＨｚ的听阈，中老年组在９ｋＨｚ以上频率听阈有所改变，老年组的改变尤为明显。本组结果表明：耳蜗系的退化由中年开始，随着年龄的增长，高频听阈相应提高，乃至无反应。
Abstract High frequency audiometry was carred out in 70 persons with Vertual Model 320 au-diometer,of which the frequencies for testing were ranging from 9kHz to 20kHz. All these individuals were without ear ploblem and they were divided into three groups according to their age. A significant elevation of hearing threshold was revealed in the middle and old age group,and in some elder persons,even no reaction was found. Our results support the con-cept that the degeneration of human cochear system starts at the middle age and develops with ageing.
