摘要
本文研究了在乳化液润滑条件下 ,四种常见材料 (尼龙、铸铝、 4 0Cr、 4 5 # 钢 )的摩擦磨损特性。利用M - 2 0 0摩擦磨损实验机 ,对这四种材料进行了在不同载荷、转速条件下的摩擦磨损性能对比实验。结果表明尼龙适合在较低载荷与转速下工作 ,异种材料之间配合的摩擦特性要优于同种材料间的摩擦特性。
In this paper, four common materials(nylon?Al?40Cr?45 #steel) are studied under emulsion lubrication conditions The friction and wear of these materials under different load and rotational speed have been studied in M-200 friction and wear tester The results showed that nylon is suited to work under the low load and speed The tribological characteristics of the different materials' coupling are superior under emulsion lubrication
