摘要
W9Mo3Cr4V钢为高速钢,高温形变时,基体中存在大量的残余碳化物,特别是形变过程中析出的大量细小、弥散分布的碳化物导致该钢形变组织及动态再结晶方式远较低碳低合金钢复杂。
Deformed structures in W9Mo3Cr4V steel are more complicated than that in low alloy steels. Because W9Mo3Cr4V steel is high- speed steel. At a high temperature, there are a large number of residual carbides on the matrix, also, many dynamic precipitating carbides precipitate during deformation. These two kinds of carbides (especially the latter) cause the so much difference between two steels.
