摘要
本文用扫描,透射电镜等方法研究了 W9Mo3Cr4V 钢高温形变的动态再结晶机制。W9Mo3Cr4V 钢中,因形变时析出碳化物的影响,存在形核长大和晶粒碎化两种动态再结晶方式,其组织特征各不相同。文中分析讨论了这两种方式的微观本质和出现条件,给出了再结晶模型。
The mechanism of hot-deformation and dynamic recrystallization of W9Mo3Cr4 steel has be-en investigated with SEM and TEM.Because of the effects of carbide precipitation during hot-deformation,there are two kinds of dynamic recrystallizations occurred in W9Mo3Cr4V steel:nu-cleus growth and crystal disintegration.They give different structure.The micro structure and theformation conditions of these two kinds of recrystallization are discussed.The dynamic recrystalli-zation model is also given.
