摘要
提出静态调度和动态调度相结合的板材 FMS混合调度方法。采用整数规划建立 FMS静态调度模型;分析了板材 FMS动态调度中的决策节点,以基于调度规则的系统仿真完成 FMS动态调度。应用表明,该方法具有实用价值。
A mixing scheduling method that combines static dispatching with dynamic scheduling for sheet metal FMS is presented. Integer programming approach is applied to solve static dispatching, the decision points of FMS's real time scheduling are analyzed and simulation approach based on scheduling rule is used to complete the dynamic scheduling. Applications show that the method has practical value.
