摘要 提出用BP神经网络建立FMS动态调度模块.以FMS的生产状态和多优化目标作为神经网络的输入,多优化目标条件下的动态调度策略作为网络的输出.给出了系统的设计方法与实例,并通过仿真验证了神经网络所作出的动态调度策略是较优的. In this paper, a FMS dynamic scheduling model is proposed using the BP neural network. The input portion of the neural network is the state parameters and optimizing objects of FMS. The output portion is the operational strategy for dynamic scheduling with optimizing objects. The design methodology and an example for the system are proposed. The operational strategy for dynamic scheduling decided by neural networks is proved to be excellent by simulation.
