摘要
介绍了一种检测汽车回复反射器光度性能的测试系统的结构和原理。该测试系统采用激光束准直定位技术来确定回复反射器的位置 ,通过类似车灯灯光的集束光投射到回复反射器 ,利用高灵敏度的光度探测器检测反射器反射到各方向上的反射光强度。光度计测试范围为 10 - 6~ 1.999lx,激光束光斑口径为 5~ 9mm。整个系统由计算机控制 ,可以按国家标准自动完成测试。
This paper introduces the principle and the structure of a testing system for checking automobile return reflector's luminous function The orientation technology of laser beam collimation is used to locate the return reflector in this system and the focused light similar to automobile light is projected on the return reflector The intensity of reflecting light in various directions is measured by a luminous detector with high sensitivity The test range of photometer is from 10 -6 lx to 1 999lx and the calibre of laser beam is from 5mm to 9mm The whole system is under the control of a computer and the testing can be accomplished automatically according to the state standard
