摘要
在P-EM1730型FTIR上,编制了红外光谱定量分析的OBEY程序,该程序采用峰高、峰面积、一阶导数最大、一阶导数最小、一阶导数区间、二阶导数最小6种不同的方法.并把此程序应用于从毛发中提取的胱氨酸含量的测定.通过对胱氨酸含量的测定,验证了程序的可行性,且对6种方法进行了比较,证明6种方法在定量分析中都是切实可行的.
The OBEY program of infrared spectrum quantitative analysis,includingsix methods;peak height,peak area,maxinum of first derivative,minimum of first deriva-tive,region of first derivative and the minimum of second derivative,has been drown up onthe FTIR(P EM1730)in the paper.Through the application on quantitative contentanalysis of cystine refined from hairs,the veliability of the program has been proved.Also,six methods have been compared,which proves that six methods are all feasible in quantita-tive analysis.
