摘要
用傅立叶变换红外光谱仪鉴定分析了100余例尿结石样品,利用计算机检索功能按其主要成分归类。用吸光度比值法对尿结石中的草酸钙和磷酸钙进行了定量分析,精度和回收实验结果均令人满意。
More than 100 cases of urinary calculi were analyzed by Fourier transform infrared spectrometry. The calculi was classified according to its main components searched by a database, The calcium oxalate and calcium phosphate components in urinary calculi were determined quantitatively by infrared spectrometry and a satisfactory result with good precision and recovery was obtained.
