热应激对产蛋鸡自身及其后代机体组织的过氧化损伤以及抗氧化微营养素的调控效应 被引量:20

Regulative Effect of Adding Anti-oxidative Micro-nutrients to Diets on the Peroxidative Damages of Layers and Their Offsprings Under Acute Ambient Temperature

摘要 将 2 4周龄 Hy-Line蛋鸡分别饲养于 2 0、30、35℃环境中 ,并通过日粮添加抗氧化微营养素 ,观察了其对产蛋鸡自身及其后代雏鸡机体组织过氧化损伤的调控效应。结果表明 :( 1 )对成年鸡 ,热应激可导致心、肝组织过氧化。主要表现为 MDA含量的积累和 GSH-px、SOD活性升高。心肌组织中 GSH-px、SOD活性显著高于肝脏 ;( 2 )通过日粮添加微营养素维生素 E、C以及 Se、Cu、Zn,可显著提高热应激母鸡自身及其后代机体的抗氧化能力。 week-old Hy-line laying hens were kept at different ambient temperatures of 20℃,30℃ and 35℃ to investigate the influences of anti-oxidative micro-nutrients supplied to diets on peroxidative damages of laying hens and their offsprings.The results indicated that:1) Under the heat-stress conditions,lipid peroxidative damages in the heart and liver resulted in the accumulation of MDA and elevation of GSH-px as well as SOD activities.GSH-px activity in the heart was significantly higher than that in the liver.2)The examined nutrients, V E,V C ,Se,Cu and Zn,enhanced the anti-oxidative function,and this regulative effect was also reflected in their offsprings.
