摘要
以生态学的视野考察我国当前的高等医学教育,后者分别在认识论、思考方式、教育范式等方面存在着先天的不足。从生态学思想中吸收营养,树立系统性的多元思维意识,在教学实践中做好从以知识为媒介的讲授为主,向以素质培养为主的方向转变,有助于我国高等医学教育的可持续发展。其中,尊重学生的主体性、重新定义知识的概念,以及创新教学的方式等,是高等医学教育生态化的主要实践路径。
There is a congenital deficiency in epistemology, way of thinking and education paradigm in higher medical education in China. Absorbing nutrients from the ecological thought, setting up a system of diversified thinking consciousness, keeping on the knowledge-based teaching practice and gradually turning to the direction of quality training will contribute to the sustainable development of higher medical education in China. Respect of the students' subjectivity, redefinition of the concept of knowledge as well as the innovation of teaching methodology and so on constitute the practical way of ecological higher medical education.
