超声刀在乳腺癌腋窝Ⅲ组淋巴结清扫中的应用研究 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究应用超声刀行乳腺癌腋窝Ⅲ组淋巴结清扫的近期疗效及安全性。方法:将2009年3月至2013年6月入住我院的80例乳腺癌病人随机分为超声刀组和电刀组,在Auchincloss改良根治术式基础上行腋窝Ⅲ组淋巴结清扫,对两组病人的手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量和术后并发症等临床资料进行统计学分析。结果:超声刀组病人的手术时间和引流时间较电刀组明显缩短,出血量和引流总量均减少,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:超声刀在乳腺癌改良根治术中的应用能提高手术的精确度和安全性,值得推广。 Objective To evaluate the applicability of ultrasonically activated scalpel (UAS) in Ⅲ axillary lymph node dissection in mastectomy of breast cancer. Methods During March 2009 to June 2013, 80 patients with breast cancer underwent modified radical mastectomy with m axillary lymph node dissection were randomly divided into either UAS group or electric knife group. The operation time, intraoperative blood loss, postoperative draining volume and postoperative complications and others were compared between the two groups. Results The operation time and drainage time were significantly shorter in the UAS group than in the electric knife group. However, the volume of both blood loss and drainage were lesser in the UAS group. Conclusions UAS is useful in breast modified radical mastectomy for it improves the precision and safety of operation.
