摘要
目的研究刮吸解剖法与传统电刀法运用于胸外科手术中应用的价值。方法选择我院2016年1月至2020年1月纳入的88例胸外科手术患者,随机分为两组各44例,研究组采取刮吸解剖法,对照组采取传统电刀法,对比两组治疗的效果。结果研究组肺癌、食管癌患者的手术时间、出血量、淋巴结清扫数目、手术切除率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论刮吸解剖法运用于胸外科手术中效果明显,可有效缩短治疗时间,减少对患者的伤害,同时提升手术切除率,为预后提供保障,临床可推广使用。
Objective To study the application value of curettage and aspiration technique and conventional electrodiathermy during the thoracic surgery.Methods 88 patients underwent the thoracic surgery from January 2016 to January 2020 in our hospital were selected and randomly assigned to two groups,42 cases in each group.The research group was treated with curettage and aspiration technique;the control group was treated with conventional electrodiathermy.The therapeutic effects were assessed.Results For lung cancer,breast cancer and esophagus cancer patients,the operation time,bleeding volume,resected number of lymph nodes,resection rate and radical excision rate in the research group were better than those of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The curettage and aspiration technique can shorten the treatment time,reduce the clinical trauma,and improve the resection rate,radical excision rate,and patient’s prognosis.It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
