摘要
目的分析农村饮用水中菌落总数不确定度的来源。方法应用平板计数法测量水中菌落总数,分析各测量结果的不确定度分量。结果测量结果显示,农村饮用水菌落总数检验的测量不确定度为lgD=±0.0 997,采用合并样本标准差求检测结果的不确定度适合于任何一次检测。结论用合并样本标准差求检验结果的不确定度较方便,数据可随时加入样本中,重新计算合并样本标准,更新其不确定度的取值范围。
Objective To analyze the source of uncertainty of total bacteria colonies in rural drinking water.Methods Measuring the total bacterial colonies in water with the plate counting method,to analyze the uncertainty of the measurement results. Results The measurement results showed the uncertainty of the total bacteria colonies in rural drinking water is lgD = ± 0. 0997,the method of merging sample standard deviation for measurement results are suitable for any one test. Conclusions The merging sample standard uncertainty method for uncertainty is very convenient,the data can be added to the samples and recalculates the merging sample standard deviation,to update the value range of uncertainty.
