叙事医学在临终患者中的应用 被引量：23

摘要 目的:探讨叙事医学在临终患者中的应用策略。方法:选取14例临终患者进行叙事医学模式管理,在做好临终关怀护理的前提下,加强与患者及家属的沟通,通过讲解亲历的临终事件,以《死亡如此多情》中一些有启发性的文章为教材,给患者和家属提供更多的智慧和想象。结果:通过叙事医学的应用,弥合了技术和人性的鸿沟,丰富了人们对生死,痛苦的理解和认知,使患者能自然地、有尊严地对待死亡。所选病例中无任何医疗纠纷发生。结论:通过叙事医学方式护理临终患者可以加强医患沟通,密切医患关系。
