摘要
文章运用定量分析的方法对中国房地产投资的地区分布、经济成分与投资用途以及中国东、中、西部地区房地产投资与相关的经济、社会指标之间的内在规律进行了研究,揭示了房地产投资在地区间形成的差异与特征的成因,并对房地产投资如何适应中国经济结构的调整与适应中国西部大开发战略提出了相应的政策性建议。
Using the quantitative analysis method, this paper studies the property investment differentials in east China, central China, west China areas and the characteristics of property investment based on relevant economic index in different areas. After studies, the paper reveals the causes for the property investment differentials in the areas and puts forth a lot of constructive suggestions on how the adjustment of property investment structure can meet the requirements of the recent economic restructuring in China and the ambitious strategy of developing West China.
