摘要
目的探讨前牙光固化修复失败原因。方法收集我院2006-01～2008-06间行前牙光固化复合树脂修复患者96例,其中失败6例,对病例进行随访、整理,分析失败原因。结果修复体折断、脱落1例;修复体变色及边缘着色2例;牙髓炎、根尖周炎1例;继发龋1例;牙龈炎1例。结论适应证选择不当及操作不规范是失败主要原因。
Objective To investigate repair failure of anterior teeth with light cured composite resin. Methods In the hospital,96 cases with anterior teeth with light cured composite resin from January,2006 to June,2008,of which 6 cases failed were collected. Follow-up,and consolidation of the cases were done,the reasons of failure were analyzed. Results The repair body was broken,with shedding in 1 teeth; restoration discoloration and edge coloring occurred in 2 teeth; pulpitis,periapical periodontitis in 1 teeth; caries of 1 teeth; and 1 tooth gingivitis. Conclusion That indications and improper operation is not standard is the main reason of failure.
