摘要
目的了解天津市某健康管理中心体检人群血尿酸(SUA)水平。方法以251例健康体检人群为研究对象,通过问卷调查和体检报告获得研究对象的相关信息。结果 251例体检人群男女性高尿酸血症的患病率分别为16.1%和5.7%,男性高尿酸血症的患病率高于女性。绝经后女性的SUA水平高于未绝经女性。以下生活行为与血尿酸水平升高有关:①奶类、蔬菜、水果、酱油、维生素制剂摄入频次较小,煎炸食品、腌制食品摄入频次较高;②曾经或现在吸烟、饮酒频次较高,开始吸烟年龄和首次饮酒年龄较小,喝醉次数和喝酒频次较高;③工作压力较大和加班频次高。随着体质指数(BMI)值、血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、平均动脉压、血肌酐的增加,SUA水平升高,随着HDL-c水平的增加,SUA水平降低,扣除年龄和性别的影响后,BMI、甘油三酯、平均动脉压、血肌酐、HDL-c水平与SUA之间的关联性仍存在。代谢综合征(MS)患者的SUA水平高于非MS组,随MS组分增多,SUA水平升高。结论天津市某健康管理中心体检人群中,男性、不良饮食、吸烟、饮酒、女性绝经、工作压力大、经常加班等与SUA水平升高有关,SUA水平与BMI、血脂指标、血压、血肌酐水平等代谢性指标和代谢综合征密切相关。
Objective To investigate the serum uric acid（SUA）level and explore its related factors in Tianjin health check-up population.Methods Questionnaire was employed to gather baseline data and afterwards the data were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence of hyperuricemia in Tianjin was 9.6%,16.1% for male and 5.7%for female.Post-menopausal women had a higher level of SUA than non-menopausal women.On univariate correlation analysis,the intake frequency of milk,vegetable,fruit,soy sauce,vitamin preparation correlated positively with the level of SUA,while the intake frequency of fried food,preserved food correlated negatively with the level of SUA.Smoking,drinking,high stress and work overtime may cause the level of SUA to rise.BMI,triglyceride,mean arterial pressure,creatinine and HDL-c were significantly related with SUA.After adjustment for age and gender in partial correlation,SUA still correlated significantly with BMI,triglyceride,mean arterial pressure,creatinine and HDL-c.Compared with normal group,the metabolic syndrome group had a significant higher means of SUA.With the increasing of frequency of the MS,the concentration of SUA rose.Conclusions Lifestyle such as unhealthy diet,smoking,drinking,high stress and work overtime may cause SUA to rise.Increased SUA is significantly associated with metabolic risk factors of cardiovascular disease and renal function.
