摘要
磷石膏作为一种重要的再生石膏资源,其资源化利用受到杂质的制约。通过热重分析仪和管式炉研究了在CO还原气氛下杂质对磷石膏分解反应的影响。实验结果表明杂质Fe2O3能促进纯石膏的分解,降低纯石膏的分解温度;杂质SiO2、Al2O3会抑制磷石膏的分解。
The utilization of phosphgypsum (PG), which is a important renewble gypsum, was restrained byits impurities. The effect of impurities on the decomposition of PG with CO by TG and tube furnace experiments wereexplored. The results indicated that Fe2 03 lowers the temperature of PG decomposition which improves the PG decomposition largely, SiO2 and Al2O3 inhibit this decomposition, and other impurities affect the PG decomposition little.
