一种有机氯转移剂的开发及油田应用 被引量:7

摘要 通过对原油氯元素的特征进行分析,利用有机氯转化为无机氯的方法,开发出一种原油有机氯转移剂。室内评价了该药剂在不同反应温度、反应时间、加药浓度等条件下的原油有机氯脱除效果,原油有机氯脱除率最高达88.3%;在优选反应条件下开展分批多次加药实验,最佳脱除率进一步提高到99.1%。选取最优加注参数,开展了小规模现场工业试验,取得了较好的应用效果,有机氯脱除率最高达96.7%。该成果可在油田从源头上脱除原油有机氯,从而降低了下游炼化企业相关炼化装置的腐蚀风险,具有较高的工业应用价值。 The characteristics of chloride compounds in crude oil were analyzed, and a kind of organic chloridetransfer agent was developed by transferring organic chloride into inorganic chloride. It was evaluated by experiment inlaboratory under different reaction temperature, response time, agent concentration, and the highest organic chlorideremoval rate was 88. 3%. The experiment researches of multiple injections were carried out on the base of previous ex-perimental work, and the highest organic chloride removal rate was increased to 99. 1%. Small-scale industrial testwas carried out with best agent iniection parameters, and the highest organic chloride removal rate was 96.7%. Theorganic chloride in crude oil could be removed at headstream, and corrosion risk of refine devices at downstream wasreduced, which has a high industrial application value.
