摘要
目的 探讨国产半精密按扣式 (根帽 )附着体在活动修复中的应用。方法 利用按扣式附着体对牙列缺损 (肯氏Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类 )及牙列缺失病例共 32例进行覆盖义齿修复 ,并对患者主观感觉和临床检查结果分析。结果 所有义齿固位稳定 ,咀嚼功能良好 ,X线显示牙周情况健康。结论 附着体的应用符合生物力学原则 ,可提高活动义齿修复效果 (固位、咀嚼、美观 ) ,其预后与义齿制作、防龋处理、口腔卫生有关。
Objective To investigate the use of semi-precious stud-snap attachment in removable prosthesis.Methods We use stud-snap attachment to restore 32 patients with RPD overdenture (Kennedy Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ) and complete denture (single and full),and analyse the patients’senses and the results of clinical examinations.Results All the dentures were stable,the patients could chew well,and the periodontal conditions were healthy by X-rays examination.Conclusion The use of attachment should be in accordance with the biomechanical principle,and can improve the effect of removable dentures.The prognosis is associated with manufacture,anticarious treatment and oral health.
