摘要
目的：应用按扣式精密附着体义齿修复游离端牙列缺损,评价其临床修复效果。方法：采用Ceka按扣式附着体,为69例游离端牙列缺损患者制作69件精密附着体义齿,观察修复效果。结果：随访1-7年,88%以上患者感觉义齿美观、舒适、固位稳定性好、易适应、咀嚼功能好。未见基牙松动,仅有1颗基牙发生根尖周炎,2颗基牙出现颈部继发龋。结论：Ceka按扣式附着体义齿用于游离端牙列缺损修复,效果良好。
Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of distal extensive dentures with CEKA attachments. Method： 69 pieces of distal extensive dentures with CEKA attachments were made for 69 patients. Result： The patients with CEKA attachment prostheses were followed up for 1 to 7 years. More than 88% patients felt comfortable, adaptive, aesthetics and fine retention. No abutment loosed during the observed period. The disease of root tip and absorption of alveolar bone occur in 1 abutment. Two abutments had cervical caries. Conclusion： The CEKA precision attachment prostheses can achieve satisfactory effect.
