新辅助化疗联合手术治疗65例Ⅲ期胃癌的生存分析 被引量：3

摘要 探讨Ⅲ期胃癌患者经新辅助化疗联合手术治疗后生存时间的影响因素。回顾性分析65例Ⅲ期胃癌经新辅助化疗联合手术治疗并术后辅助化疗患者的临床资料。总体1、3、5年的生存率为81.54%、49.27%、35.29%。病变Borrmann分型、手术是否达到R0切除、pT分期、pN分期及术后辅助化疗疗效与生存时间相关(P<0.05),是影响生存率的主要因素。
