摘要
目的对涎石的微细结构进行研究.方法利用奥辛兰特殊染色技术及偏光显微镜对15块涎石进行微细结构研究。结果结果表明,涎石的形成是以一个或多个核为基础,三层状堆积、钙化的过程。涎石以酸性粘多糖类粘液物质做基质,将羟基磷灰石粘结在一起形成涎石。结论微生物在涎石的形成过程中起着重要的作用。
Objective The prupose of this study was to investigate the microstructural morphology of salivarycalculi. Methods Microstruclural morphology of 15 salivary calculi was observed by means of special alcian blue stainingtechnique and micropolariscope . Results The results showed that the formatien of salivary calculi is a process in whichhydroxyapatite was adhered with acid mucopolysaccharide acting as stroma and calcification took place to form theconcentric laminations around one or multiple nuclei. conclusion Microoganisms play an important role in the formationof salivary calculi.
