摘要
目的 通过检测口腔癌DNA含量及细胞周期各项指标 ,探讨其与化学治疗的关系。方法 用流式细胞术检测了 2 3例口腔癌患者化疗前后共 46例标本的DNA含量及细胞周期各项指标 ,并与化疗结果进行比较分析。结果 ①未经化疗的口腔癌DI值为 1.94,异倍体检出率为 82 .6 % ,与病理分级及肿瘤大小无关。②化疗后口腔癌DI及异倍体检出率较化疗前有显著降低。③DI及异倍体检出率与化疗疗效无明显相关性。结论 口腔癌DI及异倍体检出率虽不能预测疗效 ,但可通过细胞周期的分析指导化疗。化疗可显著降低DI及异倍体检出率。
Objective To study the relation of the oral squamous cell carcinoma chemotherapy and the index of the DNA content and the cell cycle.Methods The 46 samples of 23 patients with OSCC were detected for the DNA content and index of cell cycle by folw cytometry,and the relation with the result of the chemotherapy analyzed.Results ①DI and the rate of aneuploid of the untreated patients was 1.94 and 82.6% respectively,which had no relation with pathological classification and tumor size.②The DI and aneuploid rate after chemotherapy were lower than that of prechemotherapy significantly.③There was no relation between the DI and aneuploid rate with the result of chemotherapy.Conclusion Chemotherapy can decrease the DNA content and aneuploid rate.the DI and aneuploid rate cannot predict the result of chemotherapy,however,the FCM can provide some guide for chemotherapy throuht the cell cycle.
