摘要
医疗质量是医院生存和发展的基础,通过加大质量控制管理力度,构建目标管理体系,提高全院医务人员的质量意识和责任意识,从经济目标管理向全面质量管理转变,推进医院健康、有序、持续发展。
Medical care quality is the basis for hospital to survive and develop. Therefore, we should construct objective management system and improve hospital medical staff quality consciousness and sense of responsibility through efforts of increasing quality control management. Meanwhile jwe should transform from economic objective management to total quality management so as to promote the healthy, orderly and sustainable development of hospital.
